Construction Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction of high-end residential projects. Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee all field and on-site construction of projects Chair and administer weekly superintendent meetings Track all project costs, schedules, personnel, subcontractors Meet with owners, architects, and building officials to resolve project problems Review, monitor, and document project changes Review ongoing project quality control and safety procedures Manage information flow from estimating to installation Manage opening and closing of all permits, including ROW Administer project start-up and close-out procedures Report field status of projects at weekly company status meetings Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience (+10 years) in construction management or related fields Familiarity with construction management software (PROCORE, MS Project) Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Self-motivated and driven Seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the construction of new high-end residential projects.
