to support our CEO and executive team—someone who exemplifies world-class professionalism, operational excellence, and personal polish. This is not an entry-level role or a traditional administrative position. This is a
prestige-level executive support role
for a dynamic, poised, and strategically-minded individual who thrives in fast-moving, confidential, and influential environments. As the
Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO , you will serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of coordination across a broad spectrum of executive, administrative, operational, and personal functions. You will be entrusted to handle high-level confidential information, represent the firm and the CEO at meetings and events, and ensure the seamless execution of both business and personal affairs. You are the
right hand
of leadership—bringing stability, organization, and strategy to an often fast-paced and high-pressure schedule. You must be quick on your feet, articulate, well-composed, and able to travel and function independently at the highest levels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule high-level meetings Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including private flights and accommodations Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, reports, and presentations Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, partners, investors, and clients Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion, loyalty, and professionalism Attend events and meetings on behalf of the CEO and represent Anpota with grace, polish, and precision Assist with personal tasks and life logistics to ensure the CEO’s time is optimized Travel regularly on behalf of the CEO to support business and personal obligations Representation & Communications
Represent the CEO and executive leadership at private and professional meetings when required Assist with organizing strategic events, dinners, and offsite summits Act as a professional ambassador for Anpota and uphold executive presence in all interactions Provide concierge-style personal support to manage travel, appointments, events, and VIP coordination Confidentiality & High-Caliber Execution
Handle confidential documents, financial matters, and sensitive business negotiations with discretion Support in managing strategic projects and critical relationships Anticipate executive needs and solve problems proactively Maintain a professional, calm, and polished demeanor in high-pressure and high-profile scenarios IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
5+ years of high-level executive assistant experience
in a fast-paced, elite business environment Female professional , high integrity, adaptable, energetic, and unshakably reliable Exceptionally
attractive, presentable, and well-spoken
— you represent the company brand at all times Warm, confident, and highly articulate with impeccable
communication and negotiation skills Growth-oriented , hungry to evolve and take on increasing responsibility Discreet, trustworthy, detail-obsessed, and tech-savvy Must be
comfortable with frequent travel , sometimes on short notice Comfortable operating in UHNWI, boardroom, and executive-level settings Your Background:
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or UHNW individuals Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management or equivalent preferred Experience in private equity, corporate, investment banking, legal, or high-profile circles Able to manage confidential information and maintain professional decorum at all times Outstanding organizational, time management, and negotiation skills Travel:
Must be willing and able to travel as needed (both domestic and international) on behalf of CEO Able to support logistics and represent the executive team confidently while traveling LOCATION & ENVIRONMENT
This role is based preferably in
Daytona Beach , FL, with strong consideration for candidates based in
St. Petersburg
or
