DoD Clearance: Secret This position is for a Senior Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience. The role involves working in hands-on multidiscipline teams within the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate, developing test solutions for Raytheon products, and managing all development lifecycle stages. What You Will Do: Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within multidiscipline engineering teams. Develop engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, technical drawings, schematics, and circuits. Contribute to all stages of test product development, managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects. Uncover and resolve issues related to test product development and implementation, independently or as part of a team. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three (3) years of experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing. Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic. Experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters. Ability to interpret schematics and use schematic capture tools. Qualifications We Prefer: Master’s degree in STEM (ABET accreditation preferred). Technical leadership, experience in analog/digital/RF design, and system interconnects. Experience with software troubleshooting, project management, and team leadership. Knowledge of computer architecture, programming languages, and debugging tools. Experience with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and leveraging RTX projects. What We Offer:

Salary range: $82,000 - $164,000. Benefits depend on the specific business unit and position details. RTX considers various factors for offers, including experience, education, skills, and location.
