Legal Contracts Manager (Procurement)

to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $145k - $165k Annually (Based on relevant experience) Position Overview: This Legal Contracts Manager (Procurement) role is ideal for an experienced attorney with strong expertise in contract negotiation and procurement to manage the full lifecycle of contracts across diverse vendor relationships, including IT, construction, real estate, and marketing agencies. Responsibilities include drafting, redlining, negotiating, and administering a wide range of agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and contract amendments. Responsibilities of the Legal Contracts Manager (Procurement):

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of procurement contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal and close-out.

Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual risks.

Redline contracts and handle complex negotiations with diverse vendors, including IT providers, construction firms, and agencies.

Maintain organized contract records and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Analyze pricing structures and benchmark contract terms to support cost containment and value-driven negotiations.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for contract-related matters across the company.

Required Experience/Skills for the Legal Contracts Manager (Procurement):

Minimum 8 years of contract negotiation and management experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors.

Strong expertise in redlining and reviewing complex agreements.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Managerial experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Education Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required, with active attorney status preferred.
