Customer Service Software Support

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Software Support to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first line of support for clients using our HOA management software. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide users through product features, and work closely with our Customer Success team to deliver an exceptional user experience. This is a full-time position in our Gilbert office. Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 1 support via email, chat, and phone for our HOA software platform • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting, communications, portals, payments, and reporting • Escalate technical issues to Tier 2 support with clear documentation • Help onboard new users and train them on system features and best practices • Maintain accurate records in our support ticketing system • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials Qualifications: • 1–2 years of help desk experience (SaaS or property management a plus) • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional tone • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with help desk platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar • Comfortable working with accounting tools, portals, and cloud-based systems • Knowledge of HOA or property management concepts is a strong plus • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Compensation: $46,000 - $48,000 yearly
