Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that respects diverse backgrounds. Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy designed to meet the unique needs of each client, guiding them on their journey to healing and resilience. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to empower clients throughout their mental health journey. Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, sharing your expertise to enhance overall client care. Ensure the timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional responsibility. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. A provisional license if required by state regulation. An educational background that aligns with professional licensing requirements. A passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health, with access to free supervision and continuing education.
