We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the 1st shift. In this hands-on, full-time role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all production and facility equipment. This is a crucial position where your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance: Support our PM program with a focus on minimizing unscheduled downtime.
Mechanical & Electrical Repairs: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both mechanical and electrical components on production machinery and facility equipment.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a related field (mechanical, electrical, or both).
Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Experience with HVAC equipment
Familiar with LO/TO procedures
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (cold and hot).
