Senior Maintenance Technician

Position Details: As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will: Be pivotal in maintaining a multi-million dollar luxury community and enhancing the living experience for residents. Utilize your advanced skills in troubleshooting to address technical issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other maintenance needs. Build strong relationships with residents, addressing maintenance issues such as appliances, flooring, and cabinetry promptly and effectively. Support the Service Supervisor in preparing and inspecting units for leasing, ensuring they are in excellent condition. Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance. Play a key role in maintaining the property’s curb appeal to attract and retain residents. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance. Strong expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry. HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are required. CPO and CAMT certifications are desirable (can be completed after hiring). Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Willing to learn systems for scheduling, ordering, and service requests (training available post-hire). Exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to be on-call as needed.
