Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals in Michigan pursuing licensure as an LMSW or LMSW-C. We offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. What We're Looking For We seek provisionally licensed clinicians in Michigan eager to make a difference and evolve with us. We value: Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits, along with 5 hours for administrative tasks including supervision).

Behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children.

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while enjoying the benefits of teamwork.

Strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location and initially work in the office during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

Flexible work schedule.

Qualifications: Must reside in Michigan and be pursuing licensure in the state where services are provided.

A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.

Approved as a LLMSW by the board.

Graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.

Experience with conducting intakes and diagnosing independently (preferred) under a licensed supervisor according to the current DSM-5.

Compensation: Up to $62,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide: Thriveworks handles the logistics so you can focus on care. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive: Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay.
