Job Overview:

As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will play a vital role in a Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand. You will be an ambassador of our products and services, bringing enthusiasm and innovation to the connected world. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology, customer needs, and retail experiences are constantly evolving. Your responsibility will be to foster meaningful connections with customers, using your expertise to uncover their needs and recommend tailored solutions. Job Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional customer experience by helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Understand individual customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology solutions. Engage in side-by-side selling to personalize device and service solutions that keep customers connected. Approach every interaction with integrity, composure, and compassion. Utilize digital tools effectively to showcase our expansive network and service offerings. Participate in training and skill-building initiatives related to T-Mobile services and customer experiences. Collaborate with team members to collectively enhance customer service experiences and resolve issues. Identify and hand off leads for small business opportunities. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, particularly in a retail environment. A genuine passion for customer advocacy and a competitive drive in sales. A collaborative spirit, willing to share knowledge and ideas with peers and leaders. Effective at balancing customer satisfaction with performance goals. Additional Information: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. No travel required. Compensation:

The base pay starts at $17.50 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 per hour for training pay. After successfully completing training, you can promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile receive a guaranteed total of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Benefits:
