Senior Graphic Designer
Location: On-Site or Remote (Must be located in PA, NV, VA, TX, NC, SC, or TN)
Reports to: Sr. Creative Marketing Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer combines advanced creative skills with leadership and project management expertise to deliver impactful visual solutions. This role requires a strong design background, the ability to guide junior designers, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital artwork for the website, email marketing, Google ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
Create printed promotional materials for company events, sponsorships, internal use, and other marketing needs.
Develop advertisements in various formats, ensuring brand consistency and continuity.
Collaborate with photographers and designers on photoshoots and creative concepts when needed.
Prepare print files for internal and external distribution.
Lead design projects, providing direction and feedback to junior designers.
Contribute to design strategies and concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
Review all design deliverables for creativity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Manage timelines, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Maintain a continuous learning and professional development mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of related design experience preferred.
Strong creative design skills and the ability to present concepts effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of print production.
Experience with MacOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
