Job Title: & Law Firm Administrative Manager (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Location: & Los Angeles, CA (Downtown or Century City) Schedule: & Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote) Key Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative operations for assigned local offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego) Directly manage 7–10 reports and provide leadership to 25+ staff including legal secretaries and department assistants Provide indirect oversight to outsourced vendors, including facilities, reception, and office services teams Lead initiatives in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and professional development for legal support personnel Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to enhance office performance and productivity Coordinate local office events, community engagement initiatives, and support firm-wide programs Monitor office operations budget and ensure cost-effective service delivery Travel to regional offices (up to once per month) Required Qualifications: Law firm experience is required 5+ years & of direct team management experience 7+ years & in legal operations or legal administrative support Proven ability to lead, coach, and evaluate legal secretaries and administrative teams Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of&
