The

Office Coordinator

will play a key role in keeping our workplace running smoothly, supporting both daily operations and company culture initiatives. This role blends hands-on office management with event coordination, ensuring our space is functional, welcoming, and engaging for all employees.

What You’ll Do : · Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped · Manage weekly catering orders, including setup and cleanup · Track property concerns, reporting them to property management promptly · Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries · Maintain office related budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency · Support buildout process for permanent office · Assist with employee engagement initiatives · Help coordinate monthly on-site and off-site events including scheduling, setup, and vendor management

What You’ll Bring : · 1–3 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or a related role · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Proficiency in Microsoft 365; comfortable learning new tools and systems · Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and anticipate needs
