Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in keeping our workplace running smoothly, supporting both daily operations and company culture initiatives. This role blends hands-on office management with event coordination, ensuring our space is functional, welcoming, and engaging for all employees. What You'll Do: Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped Manage weekly catering orders, including setup and cleanup Track property concerns, reporting them to property management promptly Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office related budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency Support buildout process for permanent office Assist with employee engagement initiatives Help coordinate monthly on-site and off-site events including scheduling, setup, and vendor management What You'll Bring: 13 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or a related role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365; comfortable learning new tools and systems Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and anticipate needs About Us: Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry, dedicated to transforming spaces and enhancing lives.
