YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation. Work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation. Perform technology assessments and support risk mitigation assessments. Provide hands-on support for managing configurations, assisting with installation troubleshooting, and cloud technologies. Provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies. Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation including release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates. Understand and work with technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth and SAML). Research and analyze cloud security environments. Assist with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages and documentation. Identify capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services. Define implementation processes and outline hardware and software considerations. Assist software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support. REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING: Experience with SW development methodologies. Ability to solve complex system/integration problems. Experience briefing senior-level management. Familiar with AWS, Spring Boot, Java, Git, and microservices. Demonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation. Conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams. Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel. Experience developing program review materials. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with minimum supervision and be customer focused. Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
