Job Description

Your mission at IntegriChain:

IntegriChain, the leading provider of commercialization and Net Revenue Optimization solutions for the life sciences industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist to join our Managed Services team. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, understands the intricacies of the Medicaid and Managed Care rebate process, and can confidently support both internal teams and external SaaS customers.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and actionable rebate data to support their own claims processing. The ideal candidate brings strong data acumen, understands pharmaceutical rebate logic, and can field detailed questions from experienced clients with sophisticated needs.

What this role entails:

As a Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of delivery services provided by the Managed Services team to our customers. Your role will center on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of data provided to clients - many of whom are SaaS customers managing their own complex rebate processes.

Leverage prior experience in Medicaid and/or Managed Care in pharma to support operational and customer-facing workstreams.

Manage larger and/or complex customers and their associated deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely output.

Own and/or support critical business processes tied to rebate data delivery and validation.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology, including tools like Excel, SQL, automation platforms, or dashboarding.

Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts and data within the rebate system.

Validate formulary and script-level data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer expectations.

Analyze rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy; investigate variances and support resolution of issues with clients.

Provide insights into data trends to help customers better understand their rebate performance.

Execute various reporting activities required for customer compliance and operational needs.

Support and strengthen ongoing customer relationships by responding to detailed inquiries and delivering consultative guidance.

Lead and contribute to internal process and system enhancements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Collaborate on ad hoc internal or client-facing projects, including process improvements and process refinement initiatives.

Support the onboarding of new hires and customers, helping ensure knowledge transfer and continuity in service.
