Lead Managed Services
Lead and support a variety of delivery services provided by the Managed Services team to our customers. Oversee and perform claims processing, contract maintenance, formulary and data validation, data management, report generation, trend insights, customer interaction and support, and documentation for Managed Care, Medicaid, Tricare and Part D rebates. Act as a subject matter expert for Managed Care rebates. Manage larger/complex customers and their deliverables. Responsible for setting up and maintaining customer contracts and membership within the rebate system. Lead and perform the processing of claims that support a variety of business processes for a large base of pharmaceutical manufacturers. Perform formulary and script level validation. Analyze rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy, research variances and resolve disputes and issues. Analyze and provide trend insights. Execute various reporting activities required for customer compliance. Support ongoing customer relationships. Develop and lead process and system improvements. Participate and collaborate on ad hoc projects. Support onboarding of new hires or customers. Telecommuting is allowed. Job Requirements: Position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience as an Operations Research Analyst or related occupations. This position also requires the following skills: 5 years of experience in commercial and government contracting within the pharmaceutical industry. 5 years of experience in processing Managed Care rebates. 5 years of experience managing, processing and reporting data using Excel. 5 years of experience using Revitas Flex, Model N, iContracts or BPI Contracts software.
