The posted compensation range of $37.44 - $46.80 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you'll be supporting Adapt to the needs of emergency situations Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of operating room experience in an acute care setting required with at least three (3) years in an area of specialty required. Must be able to scrub Neuro Vascular Ortho and Spine cases. Open Heart procedures preferred. CVOR Experience required or willing to train upon hire. Successful completion of an accredited/approved Surgical Technician program required. Current AHA BLS card required. National Board Surgical Technician (CT ST) certification required. LA County Fire Card required. This position is represented by SEIU-UHW.
