Our client, an industry leader in telecommunications, has an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to work on a 6+ month renewable contract opportunity. Work will be a hybrid on-site/remote schedule in Englewood, CO. The Data Analyst will support our Next Best Offer (NBO) project. This role involves collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on data to improve AI/ML models, with a focus on conversational and customer interaction data. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and data visualization, with familiarity in AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms. Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, validate, and report on data from multiple sources, including databases, manual files, and external sites. Design, test, and document processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Create and publish both scheduled and ad hoc reports for various internal stakeholders. Document reporting requirements, processes, and validate data components as needed. Annotate conversational data from customer interactions based on established guidelines to support machine learning model training. Validate model performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and recommending improvements. Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders on data preparation, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis. Support the development of dashboards and presentations to communicate insights and results. Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards, presentations). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with relational databases and query tools/statistical software. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional proficiency in both languages. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Experience working with conversational or customer service/call center data is preferred. Familiarity with AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
