Our client, an industry leader in telecommunications, has an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to work on a 6+ month renewable contract opportunity. Work will be a hybrid on-site/remote schedule in Englewood, CO. The Data Analyst will support our Next Best Offer (NBO) project. This role involves collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on data to improve AI/ML models, with a focus on conversational and customer interaction data. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and data visualization, with familiarity in AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $30 - $38 / hr. w2
Responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, validate, and report on data from multiple sources, including databases, manual files, and external sites.
• Design, test, and document processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Create and publish both scheduled and ad hoc reports for various internal stakeholders.
• Document reporting requirements, processes, and validate data components as needed.
• Annotate conversational data from customer interactions based on established guidelines to support machine learning model training.
• Validate model performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders on data preparation, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Support the development of dashboards and presentations to communicate insights and results.
Experience Requirements: • 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards, presentations).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with relational databases and query tools/statistical software.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional proficiency in both languages.
Education Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience working with conversational or customer service/call center data is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
