BUFFET STOCKER AT FOUR SEASONS RESORT HUALALAI
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Buffet Stocker who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Buffet Stockers have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Setup and breakdown all the equipment, utensils, buffet signs and food on the buffet.
Replenish buffet throughout service to ensure that all food items are full.
Ensure that the buffet is kept clean and tidy by wiping up any spills or picking up food that has fallen, etc.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
Communicate with culinary team to ensure that we have the proper amount of food available to replenish the buffet with.

WHAT TO BRING
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
Weekend & Holiday availability required.
