to join our U.S. subsidiary team based in

Truckee, California .

In this key leadership role, you will oversee and support the accounting team responsible for AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions. You’ll manage core financial operations including intercompany transactions, cash flow, financial reporting, and balance sheet oversight. Additional duties include budget planning, variance analysis, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with tax, insurance, and regulatory requirements. This position reports jointly to the Global Controller and the Director of North America. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and

5–7 years of Controller experience , preferably in a company with

across the U.S. and Canada. We manage a team of 50 employees between Lake Tahoe and Orange County and collaborate closely with our colleagues in Switzerland. Tasks

Administer the ERP system (NetSuite) and support integrations with systems such as Shopify, Avalara, and PayPal. Oversee general accounting: inter-company transactions, cash management, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service. Prepare and review account reconciliations to meet compliance and internal control standards. Supervise tax filings (Federal, State, and local), including sales/use, payroll, and property taxes. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor financial performance and flag variances. Support internal and external audits; implement audit recommendations. Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements and planning reports. Lead and mentor accounting staff; foster cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years in accounting or financial leadership roles, with experience in monthly close processes. Expertise in GAAP, general ledger management, and internal controls. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Proficiency in Excel and financial software tools. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with inventory and COGS accounting CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred Experience in e-commerce and multi-entity organizations preferred Benefits This is a
