In This Role, You Will: Lead 100+ FTEs in a high-volume 35+ bed Emergency Department
Manage operations, flow, and staff development
Partner with ANMs and Educators to deliver top-tier patient care
Guide a department with excellent outcomes and strong team engagement
What We’re Looking For: BSN required
5+ years RN ER experience; 2+ years in acute care hospital based ED leadership
RN license (or compact eligible)
Compensation: Up to $155K base salary (dependent on experience)
$10K relocation assistance
Annual performance bonus
