This position can be based out of either our Maumelle or Fort Smith Arkansas offices. Position Summary: The Supervisor of Measurement Technical Support leads a team responsible for managing, validating, and reporting the technical data generated by Summit Utilities meters across all operational states. This role ensures data accuracy, supports interdepartmental requests, and drives continuous improvement across measurement systems. The Supervisor will also perform full supervisory duties in compliance with company policies and applicable laws, including hiring, performance management, training, and budgeting. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and develop a technical support team responsible for maintaining, reporting, and troubleshooting data from field meters. Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams (Meter Reading, Field Measurement, Meter Shop, Billing, Gas Supply) regarding meter data and reporting needs. Establish and document clear roles, responsibilities, and procedures for the Measurement Technical Support team and its internal collaborators. Partner with the Meter Shop to ensure meters are tested at required intervals and regulatory reports are accurate and timely. Perform QA/QC on back-office documentation and ensure no SAP or company system orders are missed. Provide support to the Meter Reading team with SAP and FCS-related data integrity and troubleshooting. Act as business co-lead with the Measurement Manager on department tools and systems (e.g., FlowCal, TestIt, FCS, MIS). Support data-driven programs including Autosol, eLynx, Quorum, SAP, Cayenta, LUFG, and Meter Proving Software. Oversee data imports/exports within SAP and other related systems. Recommend and implement enhancements to measurement processes and systems. Attend industry conferences to maintain subject matter expertise and bring best practices to Summit Utilities. Monitor team performance, output quality, and timeliness, and take corrective action as needed. Conduct employee evaluations, coach for performance and safety, and address employee relations matters. Develop and manage departmental budgets, training plans, and operational goals. Promote safety culture through regular safety meetings and performance monitoring. Investigate and respond to internal inquiries, claims, and regulatory issues. Assess and manage equipment inventory for cost-effectiveness and operational readiness.
