The posted compensation range of $16.67 - $22.92 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Responsibilities Essential Key Job Responsibilities Sets-up, troubleshoots, calibrates, cleans, and maintains Dialysis equipment in accordance with manufacturer's and organization guidelines Assists with routine water testing and records results in log book and monitors water purification system Assists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs Assists with patient transports and transfers Answer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, transcribe provider's orders, electronic data entry, and assist with documentation Qualifications Required Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Dialysis Tech experience preferred Required Licensure and Certifications BLS-CPR Dialysis Tech certification by a state or National Program *must be obtained within 1 year of date of hire or transfer Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training Strong oral communications skills Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people Strong critical thinks skills Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes Ability to manage multiple priorities Overview St. Joseph Health Bryan/College Station, Navasota, Caldwell, Madisonville, TX.
