This is an engaging role where you'll work with high-needs families in real time, but within a calm, supportive, and flexible work environment that values balance, connection and purpose.
About the Role:
Multisystemic Therapy (MST), also known as Home-Based Therapy, is an evidence-based, intensive, family- and community-oriented model designed to address the complex factors that contribute to delinquent behaviors in youth aged 12-17. You'll be part of a team that helps families navigate challenging circumstances while promoting resilience, accountability, and hope.
What You'll Do:
Provide therapy in the home and community, engaging families in their natural environments
Serve youth with complex behavioral challenges such as chronic offending, school disengagement, substance use, and aggression
Maintain a flexible, family-centered schedule including availability for crisis response (on-call support, rotating basis)
Manage a small caseload to allow intensive engagement (3-5 months of treatment per family)
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, community organizations, and other systems to promote consistent, sustainable support
Participating in a weekly supervision and ongoing professional development
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, (License preferred but not required)
Desire to learn and grow within an evidence-based treatment model
Ability to work well independently while maintaining strong communication with the clinical team
Cultural humility and the ability to engage respectfully across diverse backgrounds and experiences
What We Offer:
High Flexibility: Schedules are adjusted to meet the needs of both families and therapists
Work/Life Balance: Prioritized and supported across all levels of the organization
Benefits:
Paid Sick Leave
PTO
Monthly Cell Stipend
Ongoing training and professional development
Supportive team environment
Meaningful, mission-driven work.
This is more than a job. It's a calling for those who want to support families facing complex challenges with respect, dignity, and effective tools.
If this speaks to you, we invite you to apply and join us in building strong foundations, one family at a time.
