Position: Community Based Behavioral Health Therapist
Location: Albuquerque, NM

Who You Are:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, (License preferred but not required)
You're eager to apply clinical knowledge in real-life community settings
You're ready for a challenge and not afraid of complexity
You're energized by relationship-building and want to see tangible results from your work
You want flexibility, independence, and meaningful supervision as you grow
You care deeply about equity, inclusion, and working across cultures
What You'll Do:
Provide home-based, individualized therapy to youth and families
Work Closely with caregivers to build strong, sustainable skills
Engage schools, courts, and community partners to support treatment goals
Participate in structured weekly supervision to build skills and stay supported
Maintain a small caseload, allowing for multiple sessions per week as needed
Be available to families (on rotation) for 24/7 crisis support
Deliver treatment over 3-5 months per case, focusing on high-impact change
Minimum Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and grow in an evidence-based therapy model
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Cultural responsiveness and respect for diverse family systems
Reliable transportation and comfort working in home/community settings
