Vice President

Finance & Administration
to oversee financial operations in India and the US. This senior role involves developing financial strategies, planning, reporting, tax compliance, and driving financial efficiency. The VP will collaborate with senior management to provide insights that support growth, decision-making, and performance, requiring a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in both countries and managing complex operations aligned with corporate goals. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives in India and the US. Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and provide strategic insights based on industry trends. Oversee long-term planning, risk identification, and opportunities, and prepare quarterly and monthly reviews for senior management. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both regions. Supervise the preparation of consolidated statements per Indian GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP. Manage audits, stay updated on accounting standards and tax laws, and implement necessary adjustments. Present financial results clearly to stakeholders. Taxation (India & US):
Lead tax planning and compliance, managing filings such as GST, income tax, transfer pricing, and local taxes. Coordinate with tax consultants, advise on tax-efficient structures, and ensure timely submissions. Cash Flow & Working Capital:
Monitor cash flow, investments, and liquidity. Manage treasury, optimize working capital, and develop financing strategies. Align revenue forecasts with business goals. Internal Controls & Risk Management:
Establish internal controls, assess financial risks, and oversee internal audits. Implement risk mitigation strategies and improve financial processes. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and develop finance teams in both regions, fostering a high-performance culture. Enhance team skills in financial analysis and communication. Business Partnership & Advisory:
Act as a financial advisor to senior management, support M&A and strategic initiatives, and assist in investment and financial structuring. Present financial performance in strategic meetings. Qualifications & Skills: CA/CPA/MBA in Finance required. 15-20 years in finance, with at least 8 years in leadership roles. Experience in multinational organizations, with strong knowledge of Indian and US accounting, tax laws, and regulations. Expertise in financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, and revenue analysis. Deep understanding of cost management, working capital, and cash flow. Proven ability to present complex financial data to executives. In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, transfer pricing, and US federal, state, and local taxes. Experience with international tax treaties and tax-efficient operations. Familiarity with Indian and US financial regulations, including RBI norms, SEBI, and SOX. Knowledge of business laws, corporate governance, and compliance standards. Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and financial tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Ability to lead teams across regions, aligning strategies and communicating effectively. Willing to work from the Mysore location.
