$190,819 salary Schedule:
40 hrs/week, typical 8 AM–5 PM (flexible scheduling) Appointment slots:
30 min exams, 60 min fillings/root canals, 120 min crowns Location:
Chautauqua County, multiple sites (flexible site allocation) The role: Deliver full-scope general dentistry to a diverse patient base spanning all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. You’ll diagnose, treat, and manage dental health, ensuring patient-centered care in a community-focused clinic setting. Core responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental exams using x-rays and diagnostics to identify conditions.
Treat dental diseases and malfunctions, including fillings, root canals, extractions, and oral surgery within scope.
Administer local anesthesia and manage oral infections.
Provide restorative care and fit prosthetics like crowns, dentures, bridges.
Maintain accurate, timely patient records and comply with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.
Collaborate with management on scheduling, staff oversight, and policy development.
Participate in clinical and administrative meetings, quality management, and training.
Act as a resource for dental assistants and hygienists, ensuring high-quality team performance.
Maintain current licensure, meet CME requirements, and adhere to all payor and regulatory guidelines.
Must-have qualifications:
DDS/DMD from accredited dental school.
Current, valid New York State dental license or eligibility.
CPR certification.
Strong communication skills; comfortable working with diverse populations.
Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
