*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our client's private office. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health.
The office is a beautiful, state of the art office with CBCT, CEREC and more. They also have an amazing team of assistants, hygienists and front desk that work very well together.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals.
* Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
* Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress in accordance with practice protocols.
* Implement infection control measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
* Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment options available.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care in a dental clinic setting.
* Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
*Experience*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Experience in Prosthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, or similar specialties is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with medical documentation practices and infection control protocols is essential.
* Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic environment is advantageous.
