Private Duty Lpn Opportunity In German Town, Il
We are looking for a Private Duty LPN in German Town, IL. Pay is $28.00-33.00 per hour. Come be a part of our family! Responsibilities include assisting in developing and revising the care plan, providing nursing care per the physician's treatment plan and client's payer authorization, monitoring, recording, and reporting treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel, providing ongoing instruction to clients, families, and healthcare team members, and recording patient condition and care services in electronic charts. Participation in educational programs, quality assessments, and staff meetings is also required. Requirements include an active licensed practical nurse, problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude.
