Under general supervision, the incumbent performs routine to complex radiographic and fluoroscopic exams using fixed and portable imaging equipment throughout General Diagnostic Radiology, following established guidelines and protocols. Requires advanced knowledge of radiologic technology. Acts as a Diagnostic subject matter expert and assists other technologists as needed. Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety principles. Prepares and positions patients for procedures using established protocols to achieve high-quality images. Follows protocols specified by the Radiologist. Enters complex data into the computer system. Reviews, verifies, and evaluates images and radiographs to ensure technical and image quality. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates effective communication and conflict resolution skills with patients, coworkers, physicians, and other healthcare team members. Performs other duties as assigned. Note:

Depending on experience, license, and certifications, the position will be hired at the Rad Tech or Senior Rad Tech level. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Recent graduate of a radiologic technology program. California Radiology Technologist of Radiography (CRT-R). California Radiology Technologist of Fluoroscopy (CRT-F) within six (6) months of hire; required for consideration as Sr. Rad Tech. Registered Technologist in Radiography issued by ARRT (R.T(R)(ARRT)). Current BART or BLS certification at hire, with commitment to obtain BART certification within six (6) months. Less than 18 months of recent experience in a similar role or a new graduate, OR more than 18 months of experience (for Sr. Rad Tech). Skills, knowledge, and abilities essential for successful performance of duties. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Two (2) years of experience in a similar role and setting. Hospital experience demonstrated. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Ability to work various hours and locations based on business needs. Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime if needed. Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check and pre-employment physical. Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $102,667 - $127,681 (pro-rated if less than 100% appointment) Hourly Range: $49.17 - $61.15 Factors influencing compensation include experience, skills, knowledge, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The referenced pay scale is the budgeted range, which may be broader than what is ultimately paid, depending on internal equity, budget, and bargaining agreements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
