Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr A healthcare network in New York is actively seeking a licensed Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their inpatient/outpatient neurology practice at one of their facilities on Staten Island. About the Opportunity: Position Type:

Full-Time Department:

Medicine, Division of Neurology Responsibilities: Provide inpatient neurology and neurointerventional consultations, including initial assessments, daily follow-ups, and coordination of care Do rounds daily with attending Neurologists on hospitalized patients, contributing to care plans, diagnostics, and therapeutic decisions Alternate weekly between inpatient responsibilities and outpatient neurology clinic coverage in collaboration with another APP Assist in evaluating and triaging stroke alerts Qualifications: Master's Degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in New York National Board Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult NP BLS and ACLS certification Desired Skills: 2+ years of experience in Neurology, Neurocritical Care, or Hospital-based Medicine Prior experience with Stroke Management, Tele-Stroke protocols, or Neurointerventional Care
