Full Time, Day Shift, Mon-Fri 09:00am-05:30pm

Compensation

Pay Range: $98000K-$140000K

Description

Provide comprehensive care and health promotion activities for families.

Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Conduct initial assessments and manage mental health conditions.

Order and analyze diagnostic tests to inform clinical decision-making.

Prescribe treatments and medications within licensure scope.

Advise on treatment recommendations and preventive screenings.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide continuous medical care to adult patients.

Refer patients for consultant services as necessary.

Engage in health promotion and recruitment efforts.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Complete EMR documentation and related paperwork timely.

Participate in night and weekend call with clinicians.

Attend and participate in meetings and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program.

Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.

Current and valid regional license and DEA certificate.

Updated BLS and infection control certificate.

Proficiency in Spanish or an Asian language preferred.

AAHIVM or LGBT health certification is a plus.
