Lifecycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. LCE consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, Supportability and Engineering Intelligence and Analysis. The Engineering Intelligence Analysis (EIA) Team supports Raytheon programs by pursuing synergies between the technical disciplines. Our responsibilities include providing the foundation for timely delivery of actionable data to our program customers, in addition to supporting the Engineering function by developing and/or maintaining software tools used for data analysis and tracking. We are looking for a Principal Specialist, Data Science & Analytics to join our EIA team located in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do

Perform information system administration involving granting tailored levels of access to software users. Develop and maintain web-based tool system structuring including the multi-layered construction of web applications, i.e. user interface, service layer, back end. Manage levels of data from cube through schema and table. Manage data via software interfaces and query builders. Lead and contribute at all levels to migration projects as company software demands initiate the need for more capable systems. Perform advanced analysis on large data sets for purposes of trending, projections/predictive models, qualitative/quantitative metrics. Practice high level mastery of tools/SW such as Excel, Tableau, JMP, SQL Query Builder, BIO/BOBJ, BW, PRISM, CABS, RAM/TMRS, LOKI, etc. Understand and address cybersecurity concerns of the company involving interaction and manipulation of server-based systems and data. Be responsible for certain tools as the business owner of RFRACAS and the cFRACAS Dashboard. Hold monthly CCB's for both tools and implement changes as needed to fulfill user needs. Ensure system patches are up to date and in compliance with company policy. Utilize advanced compute techniques like automation, bot creation, AI/ML, prompt engineering. Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience with information systems and/or databases. Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Structured Query language (SQL), and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Experience with C++, Python, R or similar language. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Process Improvement activities such as Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action (FRACA) or Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), and experience with the Logistics and Operational Knowledge Interface (LOKI) system, SAP and PRISM. Strong understanding of the concepts of information management and product reliability. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated and detail-oriented; ability to perform in fast paced, deadline-oriented environments with constantly changing priorities. Strong and effective organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks; ability to respond efficiently and effectively to time-critical issues. What We Offer
