Temporary to Hire About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team onsite in West Palm Beach. This temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on talent acquisition efforts while growing into a long-term role. Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
Represent the company professionally at job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred (agency or corporate).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
