As the North American leader in Talent Development, LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruiting, be proficient in using iCIMS, and have experience managing agency relationships.
What You'll Do: Source, screen, interview and lead the internal talent acquisition process for exempt and non-exempt roles through hiring & onboarding
Utilize iCIMS to manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needed for long and short-term staffing goals, and provide guidance on interviewing, staffing, and candidate assessment practices
Manage relationships with staffing agencies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition management
Minimum of three (3) years corporate sourcing/recruiting experience utilizing traditional and progressive recruitment strategies while working in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Demonstrated success in the achievement of recruitment goals in a relationship-oriented environment
AIRS Certification (CIR, CDR, CSMR, CTR) (Preferred, not required)
Experience with multi-site, high-volume recruiting in a fast paced industry
Where You'll Be:
This is a contract opportunity available in the Louisville, KY or Somerset, NJ areas
The work setting will be hybrid, requiring onsite training, flexibility to meet in-office, and the opportunity to work from home
Pay Details:
$32.00 to $38.00 per hour
