Practice Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC

We're seeking a Practice Coordinator for an upcoming opportunity with a busy firm in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys keeping teams organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate attorney evaluations and meetings

Assist with training programs and onboarding

Support budgeting and financial tracking

Manage contract attorney logistics and invoicing

Help with billing and collections coordination

Track attorney availability and productivity

Maintain internal resources and documentation

Foster strong relationships across teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a law firm

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
