Membership Data Coordinator
Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Full-Time | Temporary
Our client, A mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Membership Data Coordinator to join its Membership team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about maintaining accurate data to support member engagement and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Run monthly reports and processes, including membership statistics, retention trends, and billing summaries.
Collaborate with IT to implement updates to the association management system and improve database functionality.
Assist with the annual firm billing program, including invoicing, payments, and record management.
Analyze membership data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Coordinate data exchanges and vendor relationships, including reviewing and approving data files and orders.
Support committee assignments and annual appointments by managing rosters and correspondence.
Respond to internal requests for membership data and assist with data comparisons and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years in membership management, database administration, or related roles.
Prior experience in nonprofit or association settings required.
Familiarity with Association Management Systems (AMS) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Pay Details:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
