$50,000-$60,000/year , with

top performers reaching $80,000+ annually

where your ideas are valued About the Role Promote Rite Window's premium home improvement services at local retail locations and community events Deliver engaging face-to-face presentations that showcase our products and expert installation Build rapport with prospective customers and generate high-quality leads Participate in regular training to strengthen your skills and product knowledge Leverage this role as a launchpad into a rewarding career in Sales or Management Key Qualifications 1-2+ years in sales, retail, or other customer-facing roles is welcomed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team Able to travel within the local market as needed Available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), with additional weekday shifts available Who Thrives in This Role

This is a field-based role with flexible scheduling. Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required. Travel within your local market is expected.
