Our Event and Retail Sales Specialists typically earn between
$50,000 and $60,000 annually , with
top performers exceeding $80,000
per year through a combination of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives. Your income potential is driven by your effort-and supported by our proven training and support system

Join a collaborative and innovative team environment About the Role Represent Rite Window at local retail locations and events, promoting our high-quality home improvement solutions Engage directly with prospective and current customers through face-to-face sales conversations Deliver compelling product presentations focused on value, quality, and expert service Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales skills Use this role as a launchpad for a long-term career in sales or management Key Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment Willingness to travel locally for events and retail campaigns Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday hours available Who Thrives in This Role High-energy individuals who love engaging with people Motivated self-starters who thrive in performance-driven environments Team players who want to grow their skills and career in sales Schedule & Location
This is a field-based role serving the
Greater Boston Area
and surrounding markets. Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required, with additional weekday opportunities available.
