Analytics Lead

Lead the analytics function by building the roadmap for data activation, reporting, and analytics with a focus on improving new customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation. Mentor junior team members by leading through influence, identifying blockers, and iterating on new measurement areas to expand Data for Social Impact. Develop context, establish goals, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress toward analytical goals to stakeholders. Oversee experimentation design and analysis frameworks for acquisition and conversion groups. Work with Acquisition, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering, to optimize reporting frameworks, launch impactful longitudinal experiments, and measure initiatives' impact on cohort retention and revenue generation. Communicate complex analytics concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote knowledge sharing by staying informed of industry trends and advancements in analytics. Dive deep into data to uncover insights, removing friction from customer experiences across key segments. Partner closely with the Acquisition team to understand and eliminate customer pain points, improving both customer and agent experiences. Develop reports, dashboards, and analysis for day-to-day monitoring of acquisition performance. Requirements: Master's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: using data to drive customer-facing impact and business results; SQL; understanding relational databases and how to leverage a wide variety of data structures to drive insights and power customer-facing communications; reporting and data visualization; guiding data interpretation with varied audiences; A/B testing; statistical fundamentals; translating business needs into technical requirements for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics functions; translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences; developing and applying solutions taking into consideration the user experience; Looker and writing LookML; developing transformation logic in dbt; and Predictive LTV modeling. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location. Minimum Salary: 190,000 Maximum Salary: 210,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
