Lancaster, South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Telemetry Education: Graduate from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program. Licensure/Certification: Graduated from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensed as an LPN with the state of South Carolina or a compact state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required before seeing patients. LPNs work under the supervision of registered nurses and other medical professionals.
