Amazon Global Logistics (GL) Linehaul is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who use Amazon Inbound Transportation. You will evaluate network shipper defects and drive improvement through coaching and performance management. This role involves creating and implementing recommendations to help shippers enhance their performance as Amazon continues to innovate in transportation and logistics. Key job responsibilities include monitoring, verifying, and presenting data on a daily basis; addressing transportation disruptions and barriers in real-time; identifying root causes of transportation defects; maintaining daily logs on assigned shippers; leading weekly calls with assigned shippers; and leading daily business review stand-up calls. A day in the life as a Shipper Performance Coach involves actively managing the performance of a portfolio of shippers. This includes closely monitoring their data, identifying areas for improvement, and working directly with them to implement solutions. You'll need to quickly adapt to changing conditions and find creative ways to overcome challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll interact with a wide range of stakeholders, teams, and partners daily. At Amazon Global Logistics, we focus on learning, innovating, and enjoying our work. We are customer-focused, with direct engagement with our users. We seek individuals passionate about ownership and accountability, who are excited to reinvent the transportation shipper experience. If you're driven to make a real impact and are enthusiastic about transportation and logistics, we want to hear from you. Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. Benefits can vary by location, the number of regularly scheduled hours you work, length of employment, and job status such as seasonal or temporary employment. The benefits that generally apply to regular, full-time employees include medical, dental, and vision coverage; maternity and parental leave options; paid time off (PTO); and a 401(k) plan. Basic qualifications include 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience; a high school or equivalent diploma; the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach; working 40 hours/week, and overtime as required; working a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; and being 18 years of age or older. Preferred qualifications include a completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of Amazon experience. If you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you! At Amazon, we value people with unique backgrounds, experiences, and skillsets.
