Network Troubleshooting Specialist
This person will serve as a dedicated resource focused on resolving chronic network issues across store locations. They'll work closely with internal engineers, external vendors, and managed service providers to troubleshoot and remediate persistent connectivity problems. The majority of their time will be spent addressing issues related to the Palo Alto/Prisma SD-WAN platform and WAN connectivity including broadband and cellular connections via cable modems, Inseego hardware, and occasionally Starlink. They'll also identify and resolve Wi-Fi coverage gaps, assist with deployment adjustments, and handle occasional switch-related hardware issues involving Juniper equipment. The role requires proactive communication, detailed reporting, and consistent progress tracking through ServiceNow, with the goal of stabilizing network performance and freeing up internal teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
