Network Engineer
This person will serve as a dedicated resource focused on resolving chronic network issues across store locations. They will work closely with internal engineers, external vendors, and managed service providers to troubleshoot and remediate persistent connectivity problems. The majority of their time will be spent addressing issues related to the Palo Alto/Prisma SD-WAN platform and WAN connectivity including broadband and cellular connections via cable modems, Inseego hardware, and occasionally Starlink. They will also identify and resolve Wi-Fi coverage gaps, assist with deployment adjustments, and handle occasional switch-related hardware issues involving Juniper equipment. The role requires proactive communication, detailed reporting, and consistent progress tracking through ServiceNow, with the goal of stabilizing network performance and freeing up internal teams to focus on strategic initiatives. Skills and Requirements: 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer at an enterprise environment within a retail or multisite location Experience working with retail/multi-site/distributed environment experience Experience with the following: Palo Alto hardware Prisma / CloudGenix SD-WAN WAN connectivity (broadband, cable modems from various carriers) Inseego hardware Juniper switch hardware Aruba AP experience CCNA certification Starlink hardware experience (Currently at ~75 locations) Retail/multi-site/distributed environment experience We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
