IT Manager Position
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our clients technology operations located in Bothell, Washington. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background and leadership skills to ensure the seamless functioning of IT systems, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative on-premise environment, driving innovation while maintaining high standards in IT service delivery. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise IT operations, including desktop support, helpdesk services, telecommunications, and overall infrastructure. Oversee on-premises environments, ensuring optimal performance and security across systems. Implement and maintain virtualization technologies such as Citrix and VMware to enhance efficiency and scalability. Administer and monitor Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols to ensure system reliability. Develop and enforce security measures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Lead network management efforts, including MPLS configurations and firewall oversight, with a focus on Palo Alto technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT needs and align solutions with business objectives. Provide hands-on technical support as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to IT infrastructure and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology management.
