Now we're looking for a Assembly Production Coordinator / Administrator to be the nerve center of our high-performance Assembly Shop, ensuring parts, people, and processes sync perfectly to deliver projects on time, every time.This is a fast-paced, hands-on, detail-critical role supporting the Assembly Manager and the shop teams. If you're organized under pressure, love solving problems in real time, and get satisfaction from seeing things flow smoothly, you'll feel at home here.Title: Assembly Production Coordinator / AdministratorWhat You'll DoOwn the shop schedule - plan, release, and adjust work orders to keep production moving at speedStage and move materials - pull from Kanban, WIP, and Supermarket; ensure every assembly cell has the right parts at the right timeTrack & resolve shortages - spot problems early, chase down parts, and coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and inventory to keep builds on trackBe the shop's hub - act as the go-to communicator between Assembly, Inventory, Engineering, and Supply ChainKeep the floor lean & efficient - maintain Kanban cards, SWIP levels, racks, and bins according to lean manufacturing and 5S principlesSupport builds directly - jump in when needed to assist the team, move materials, or tackle urgent prioritiesKeep accurate data, run daily/weekly production meetings, and help drive ongoing process improvementsWhat You Bring2-5+ years in production planning, materials coordination, or manufacturing support (assembly/shop floor environment ideal)Strong organization & multi-tasking skills - you can manage multiple moving parts (literally and figuratively)Ability to read and follow work orders, BOMs, and schedulesSolid Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook a must); experience with ERP/MRP systems a plusNatural problem-solver who thrives in a high-volume, high-change environmentHands-on mindset - not afraid to step onto the shop floor and get things movingWhy Join WET (Design)?You won't just be pushing paperwork - you'll be the mission control for building some of the most technically complex and visually stunning projects anywhere on Earth.
