Job Description

Minimum Requirements: • 3-5 years experience as a senior-level Business Analyst in a technical/emerging technology field. • 3-5 years working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.
Preferred Qualifications: • 1-2 years experience with understanding and documentation of use cases. • 1-2 years experience with process documentation and mapping.
Job Overview: • We are seeking two skilled Business Analysts (Level 2 - Emerging Technology) to support various technology and innovation projects that directly impact the agency's operations and strategic objectives. • These professionals will work closely with project and development teams to gather and analyze business requirements, convert use cases into actionable user stories, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Create themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria per agency standards. • Translate existing use cases into Jira-based user stories and epics. • Analyze and document opportunities for operational improvements. • Assist in the development and implementation of various initiatives.
