We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing exceptional service and support. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their experience with our company is positive and memorable.
Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities Provide front-line support for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and order processing. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions for future reference. Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and work towards resolution. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred. Proven experience in customer service or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
